Our journey began with a personal search for greater transparency in the products we use every day. After experiencing an adverse reaction to a popular haircare product that appeared natural and contained ingredients such as Argan Oil, we started to question what was really being applied to our skin. That experience sparked a determination to better understand the ingredients found in beauty products and to create an alternative that prioritised purity, quality and trust.
Developed in London in partnership with trusted UK suppliers, every Gilzene formulation is created with integrity at its core. We work exclusively with ethical suppliers accredited by organisations including the Soil Association and The Vegan Society, helping to ensure that our ingredients are responsibly sourced, cruelty-free and free from unnecessary synthetic additives.
